Super simple recipe that’s naturally sweetened, vegan and gluten free!
Preparation time: 5 mins
Set time: 1 hour
Serves: 4
Ingredients
1 can lite coconut cream (400mls)
1/2 cup black or white chia seeds
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 large tbs cacao powder
dash of cinnamon (optional)
pinch of sea salt (optional)
Method
Step 1. Place all ingredients together in a large bowl and mix until smooth
Step 2. Distribute amongst containers and place in fridge to set for at least one hour or until firm
Step 3. Serve chilled with desired toppings, such as fruit, granola, coconut yoghurt etc
