New sweet treat coming your way! If you haven’t noticed already, I LOVE chocolate and peanut butter and a combination of them both is simply heaven. Introducing CHOC PEANUT BUTTER POPS and I know you’re going to enjoy it!
Ready in: 20 minutes
Makes: 16-20 pieces

Ingredients
1/2 cup maple syrup.
3/4 cup peanut butter.
1 tsp vanilla extract.
pinch of salt.
1 tbsp choc protein powder
1/4 cup sunflower seeds.
3 cups rice bubbles.
100 grams dark chocolate
Method
Step 1.Combine maple syrup, peanut butter, salt, choc protein powder, sunflower seeds and vanilla in a bowl
Step 2. Add rice bubbles and stir until the cereal is well-coated
Step 3. Firmly press the mixture into the base of a lined 20 x 20 tin
Step 4. Melt chocolate in microwave and spread a thin later over your slice.
Step 5. Place in the fridge to set
