Ingredients
For the Beef
400-500g Lean Beef Mince
1/2 tsp Pepper
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
1/2 Diced White Onion
8 small Tortillas
Toppings
8 slices cheese
1/2 cup Lettuce, diced
1 White Onion, diced
pickle slices
For the Sauce:
3 1/2 tbsp Fat-Free Mayonnaise
1 tbsp Yellow Mustard
1 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tsp Gherkin Relish or 1 tsp pickle juice

Method
Step 1. Prepare the Beef: Cook the Beef: Season beef mince with spices, roll into 8 meatballs, and press each onto a tortilla. Cook in a pan for 3-5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Add cheddar on top and melt.
Step 2. Make the Sauce: Mix mayonnaise, mustard, tomato sauce, and relish in a small bowl. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Step 3. Assemble Tacos: Fold cooked tortillas with melted cheese, then add lettuce, onion, and pickles.
Step 4. Finish with Sauce: Drizzle sauce over the tacos.
Step 5. Serve: Enjoy immediately!
