Ingredients
1 can lite coconut cream (400mls)
1/2 cup black or white chia seeds
1 cup frozen blueberries
1/4 cup maple syrup
Method
Step 1. Place all ingredients together in a large bowl and mix until smooth
Step 2. Place in fridge to set for at least one hour or until firm
Step 3. Serve chilled with desired toppings, such as fruit, raw buckini, granola etc
